We are happy that we can offer ‘Sale’ items at such a great reduction when they are available, however there are a couple of things we need you to be sure of when purchasing ‘Sale’ items.
SALE ITEMS are HALF or MORE of the RETAIL PRICE, therefore when purchasing understand there is NO REFUND or RETURN or EXCHANGE on SALE ITEMS.
Stockist Info
We are always open to welcoming new stockists who have an interest in retailing our Vintage Cards. We encourage you to submit a Stockist Application, but before you do here’s a few things we’d like you to know.
A Stockist must have a retail outlet for the on-sale of ‘Say It Vintage’ Greeting Cards. That retail outlet must be appropriate for the retail sale of our Vintage Cards. This will be determined on submission of the Stockists Application.
Your business can be; bricks & mortar, online only, or a market format. We support start-up and small business, so we encourage you to submit an application.
There is a minimum when purchasing wholesale, however what we have on offer is attainable.
Zones
Due to the uncommon, uniqueness of the ‘Say It Vintage’ range of Greeting Cards, we feel it is only fair that a restriction is placed on how far away stockists are from each other. Yes, that means if & when you become a stockist there will be no one within cooee retailing ‘Say it Vintage’ Greeting Cards.
The Zone Restriction is impossible to apply to Online Only Stockists. Therefore if you are ‘Online Only’ Zone Restrictions will not apply.
Once a stockist you will be listed as such on our stockist page.
Consignment
At this time, as Brisbane is our base camp, some Brisbane stockists will be offered a consignment option. We say some as it will still only be certain areas of Brisbane. If you are in Brisbane, on receipt of your Stockist Application we will inform you.
Stockist Title
Your Stockist Title will depend on one or a combination of the following; area/zone, buyer, consignment, online, bricks & mortar, size.
An example of Stockists Titles are: 1. Base Stockist; at this time Base Stockists are Brisbane only & are generally serviced by us & run on consignment. 2. Stockist; generally would be a decent amount of stock of cards. 3. Boutique Stockist; generally would be a small amount of stock of cards. 4. Online Stockist generally open to suit their business type.
Returns & Exchanges
Experience has taught us that grubby fingers can be a problem when wanting to keep greeting cards fresh, crisp & in new condition. Our solution to this is; all our greeting cards are sealed in a clear sleeve, along with their envelope. This way there is less likeliness of returns or exchanges.
To re-iterate as stated in the ‘Sale Info’; our policy is that NO SALE cards will be refunded, returned or exchanged.
For those wishing to return or exchange greeting cards they must firstly be returned at the expense of the sender.
The cards must be in good & original condition, still sealed in the clear sleeve. Cards not in original condition will not be accepted.
For cards being exchanged they can be exchanged for different cards, however they must be the same price bracket.
A refund or replacement will only be given if there is a fault with the cards. We will also refund the postage cost in the case of faulty cards.
Unless an exchange occurs due to a fault with the cards, the cost to post the exchange cards back will be the exchangers responsibility.
